We attempt to schedule all appointments with your convenience in mind, when time is available. Please be aware that your appointment was made exclusively for you and your child’s needs, so we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if there is a cancellation or appointment change needed. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be due.
Our office gladly accepts cash, personal checks, Visa/MasterCard and Discover.
If all of your insurance information is received on the day of your appointment, we would be happy to file the claim with your dental provider. Please be familiar with the terms of your insurance benefits, as the portion not paid by insurance is due at your appointment.
Please understand that we file dental claims to insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients. No insurance pays 100% of all procedures. We will do everthinig in our power to assist you in estimating your portion, however we cannot be held responsible for the way your insurance handles their claims or what benefits they provide. If you have questions regarding the terms of your insurance plan, we suggest contacting your insurance provider prior to your scheduled appointment.
